Project Description: The selection of night scene lighting sources, arrangement of lamps, strong directional control system, and procurement and installation of bridge nameplate luminous letters for the highway, railway, bridge piers, towers, cables, and other structural elements between the mid-span and Pier S5 (excluding DK276+852.021~DK277+829,521).
(1) Selection of night scene lighting sources, lamp arrangement: Procurement, transportation, on-site inspection, installation, connection, commissioning, and acceptance of bridge lighting power supply, lighting control devices, and electrical cables between the mid-span and Pier S5 (excluding), as well as other related work to meet the acceptance standards of this contract.
(2) Installation of control systems: Completion of two sets of systems for intelligent remote lighting control and LED light control, using lighting intelligent control modules for strong electricity control and standard DX512-A protocol for LED light control. Setting up a control host on-site for overall control and programming through fiber optic/4G for remote online control. The control system can be integrated into a higher-level control system for multiple building linkage. Procurement, transportation, on-site inspection, installation, connection, commissioning, and acceptance of the control system, as well as other related work to meet the acceptance standards of this contract.
(3) Power supply and low-voltage electrical installation: Procurement, transportation, on-site inspection, installation (including drilling holes in bridge frames, supports, and structural drilling), connection, commissioning, and acceptance of transformers, ring main units, electrical cabinets, cable trays, communication pipelines, silicon core tubes, and other equipment or materials, as well as other related work to meet the acceptance standards of this contract.
(4) Lightning protection grounding: Reliable connection of grounding systems with existing comprehensive grounding systems on the bridge, repeated grounding at distribution boxes, and reliable grounding of all metal shells of lamps, brackets, installation parts, wiring trays, cable ducts, and other metal structures. Procurement, transportation, on-site inspection, installation, connection, commissioning, and acceptance of lightning protection grounding equipment and materials, as well as other related work to meet the acceptance standards of this contract.
(5) Procurement and installation of bridge nameplate luminous letters: Procurement, transportation, on-site inspection, installation, connection, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment and materials for bridge nameplate luminous letters on both sides of the horizontal beam on the south main tower, as well as other related work to meet the acceptance standards of this contract.
And all other work processes and related temporary facilities to complete all operations in accordance with the design drawings and construction specifications.
